As a Remote Cabinet Design Consultant, you'll collaborate virtually with our project managers and clients to design functional and beautiful kitchens. Using 2020 Design Software or ProKitchen, you'll create layouts, coordinate with our team in Pennsylvania, and support homeowners through the material selection process, all without being physically onsite.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed kitchen layouts with 2020 Design Software or ProKitchen.
• Participate in virtual client meetings to guide cabinetry and material selections.
• Communicate design details clearly to project managers and carpenters.
• Manage design tasks, deadlines, and file organization remotely.
• Offer creative design solutions for unique project challenges.
• Collaborate with the NEPA Builders team through video calls, shared platforms, and project management tools.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of kitchen design experience, ideally in residential construction.
• 3 or more years of proficiency with 2020 Design Software or ProKitchen (required).
• Strong digital communication skills (written, verbal, and graphic).
• Experience working with remote teams and project management platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with accountability.
• Knowledge of cabinetry lines (Masterbrand Cabinetry a plus).
• Applicants must be authorized to work as independent contractors in the United States.
• High level of English (spoken and written). B2+

Pay & Benefits

• 1099 independent contractor (paid per project)
• Competitive hourly rate at $31 to $36, based on experience and scope (to be finalized during the interview).
